YBhg Dato' Abdullah Mohd Yusof is the Chairman and Advisor to Entrusty Group of Companies since its inception in 2000 following a take over of Entrusty Consultancy Sdn Bhd (formerly known as JD Kingsfield (M) Sdn Bhd) established in 1984.
He is also the Chairman of Aeon Co (M) Bhd (k.a Jaya Jusco Stores Berhad) and also sits on the Board of MMC Corporation Berhad, Tronch Consolidated Malaysia Berhad and Tradewinds Corporation Berhad.
Dato' Abdullah holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Singapore and has been a practicing lawyer and a partner of a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur.

Encik Ismail Mohd. Hashim was born in Johor Bahru, Johor, on 17th. February, 1938.
Encik Ismail has been in the service of the Government of Malaysia for 33 years, out of which 23 years of his career were served in this Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, in his capacity as a Malaysian Diplomat in the Republic of Singapore, Republic of Sri Lanka, United States of America and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Encik Ismail retired from the service of the Government of Malaysia in 1993 on attaining the age of 55 years.
Encik Ismail is currently service as Director on the Board of Entrusty Group of Companies and he has been holding the tenure of office since 1996.

Ong Hock Tek is a well-qualified multi-disciplinary consultant experienced in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, commercial and contractual administration and management of various types of construction projects, gained from 20 years of working for architectural practice, quantity surveyors, project managers, civil engineering and building contractors and specialist consultants. His specific experience and expertise includes contracts administration, claims preparation/defense, alternative dispute resolution (specializing in arbitration advisory and support services, documentation and proceedings), value and risks management. He is and Accredited Mediator to the Mediation Panel of Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) and a Panel Arbitrator/Mediator with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).
Mr.Ong, who is a registered Quantity Surveyor, is also a Value Management (VM) Practitioner, providing VM consultancy, training and workshops in the construction industry. He pioneered Value-Managed Quality System (VMQS), a value-added quality management system approach that integrates VM to promote better effectiveness and efficiency in organizational and work processes, continuously for companies aspiring to be an ISO certified company. He has been involved with the Master Builders Association of Malaysia (MBAM) and recently Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM) in jointly promoting and conducting the MBAM and ISM Quality Group Scheme to assist contractors/sub-contractors and surveying firms respectively to achieve their ISO 9001:2008 certification, so as to enable them to deliver better quality work and more effective and efficient organizational systems and processes.
He is a certified Master Trainer and has organised and/or delivered papers in many public and in-house conferences/seminars/workshops for professional institutions and private/public listed companies on several areas, in particular construction contracts and value management. He has lectured part-time masters and degree courses in contracts, procurement, ADR, value and risk management.
Mr.Ong has been the Deputy President of the Chartered Institute of Building Malaysia (CIOBM), Regional Convenor of Institution of Value Management Australia (IVMM), past Treasurer-General of Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM) and immediate Past President of Lighthouse Club, Kuala Lumpur. He is an accreditation Panel Member and Panel Chair Professional Reviewed Interview of Chartered Institute of Building, UK, Panel Interviewer of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK and sits in the International Affairs Committee of Board of Quantity Surveyors, Malaysia.

John Battersby is well qualified with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, the greater part of which has been on projects in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region; having specialist experience in the preparation/review, negotiation and settlement of claims for extensions of time and additional payment on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, developers and government departments. Although most of such claims have been settled through the process of negotiation, the remainder have been successfully pursued through the process of mediation or arbitration.
He is an Accredited Mediator on the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre panel of mediators and a Dispute Resolution Advisor approved by the Architectural Services Department of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR and the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Mr. Battersby is also a Member of the Academy of Experts and accredited by the Academy as an Expert. He is the Group Managing Director of BKAPL.

John Baker is well qualified with 30 years experience in Building, Civil Engineering M&E Services and Pipelines for Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Contractors with over 20 years of senior management in quantity surveying practices, commercial and contract management consultants and commercial departments of contractors. Special skills include the organisation of special contract requirements e.g. mobilisation payments, bonds, warranties and parent company guarantee, claims avoidance, contractual claims, production of budgets, forecasts & management reports and accounts for turnover and cash flow positions, liaison with auditors and legal advisors, arbitration proceedings / appointed arbitrator, insurance arrangement and claims, acting as expert witness and client representation. He is Deputy Group Managing Director of BKAPL.

Ho Kin Wing is a qualified multi-disciplinary construction, oil and gas industries professional in various aspects of the industries such as engineering design, surveying and supervision of construction projects, project management, pre and post contract matters from the perparation of tender/contract documents to dispute resolution advisory and management.
Ho King Wing is also active in institution matters especially at the Institution of Engineers Malaysia where he is the Secretary of the Dispute Resolution Practice Committee and he is currently also the Honorary Secretary of Society of Contruction Law (KL and Selangor). He was the past Deputy Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Malaysia Branch. He is also on he panel or arbitrators and mediators of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and an accredited mediator on the Construction Industry Development Board panel of mediators. Ho June Khai is a qualified multi-disciplinary construction professional and building practitioner with more than 27 years of experience in project management and construction, pre and post contract administration and management, contractual claims and dispute resolution advisory and management.
Ho June Khai is also active in institutional matters especially at the Chartered Institute of Building Malaysia, where he has served as a Council Member in 2009/2010. He has delivered papers in various in-house seminars/workshops for private/public listed companies on specific topics of construction contracts.
